We have conducted a comprehensive feasibility study for the proposed construction of the Ngaoundere Railway Line that will run from Cameroon to N’djamena in Chad. Our team has thoroughly analyzed and evaluated the technical, economic, environmental, and social aspects of the project to provide a comprehensive report that will aid in decision making. The study includes an assessment of the potential risks and benefits of the project, as well as recommendations on the most feasible and cost-effective approaches to its construction.

Provide liaison services related to the project, acting as a communication bridge between parties involved.
Offer assistance in interpreting and translating various project-related documents, reports, and tests from French to English.
Attend the Project Kick-Off meeting to ensure a smooth start to the project and proper communication between all parties involved.
Attend the Mid-term meeting to review progress and discuss any necessary adjustments to the project plan.
Aid the Zutari Engineer in translating geotechnical and materials design drawings, reports, specifications, and design calculations from French to English.
Help the Zutari Engineer in translating technical project documents and design specifications.
Assist the Zutari Engineers in preparing the Preliminary Report, which includes the initial analysis of the project and outlines its objectives and requirements.
Assist the Zutari Engineers in finalizing the APS Technical Report, which is a comprehensive document that summarizes the project's technical aspects and findings.
