Dr. Estimé Mukandila
Dr Estimé Mukandila has university teaching experience since 2000; he is involved with lecturing at University of Pretoria (South Africa), Tshwane University of Technology (South Africa), University of Namibia (Namibia), University of Kinshasa (DR Congo), and Université Nouveaux Horizons (DR Congo). He gained experience through missions and site works in DR Congo, South Africa, Angola, Mozambique, Malawi, Cameroon, Nigeria, Lesotho, Ghana, Tanzania, Zambia, and Namibia.
Dr Estimé Mukandila has in-depth knowledge of infrastructure problems. He has participated in several research projects such as the new South African Pavement Design Method (SAPDM) improvement.
